SHIPPING

- Deposit information: If the deposit is not confirmed within 24 hours of ordering, the order may be automatically canceled.-If the name of the depositor does not match or duplicate, the deposit confirmation may be delayed or automatically canceled.
- Delivery Method: EMS
- Shipping fee: Free shipping for purchases all products.
- Forwarding period: Shipment will be made within 1–5 business days based on orders made to complete payment (excluding business days / pre-orders)
- Delivery period: It will take 15–20 days from the factory to the completion of the delivery. (It may vary depending on the courier's situation)

EXCHANGE & RETURN

- Due to the nature of the design, left and right asymmetry is not a reason for defect.
- The color of the product may look different depending on the monitor resolution and brightness. 
- Scratch or damage (deformation due to acetone) caused by your carelessness is not a reason for exchange or return.
- In the case of exchange or return, both the package and the components will be processed after return.
- Please apply for all exchanges and returns within 7 days through the customer center on the website you purchased after receiving the product.
- Please enclose the shipping cost at the customer's expense for return and exchange using CJ Korea Express (1588-1255)
